Service Manager (25hrs)

We are seeking an experienced manager who brings skills in developing and supporting teams working with families in complex situations where a high degree of professional judgement is required. Our work requires commitment to safety and child protection and working to a high standard expected by families, social workers, solicitors and courts. We are innovating in the field of children’s rights in child contact and mediation, and establishing safe, trauma-informed practice throughout our services.

Programme Worker – Children’s Rights (18hrs)

£23,946-£26,236 pro rata (Edinburgh)

Your skills in working with children ages 0 -12 will help us develop child-centred practice and children’s participation in all our services. You will have an understanding of the experience of separation and other family adversity on children, and be able to develop our practice in attachment and the power of play to help children express themselves and support their relationships.

Area Team Leader: Family Connections Services (12hrs)

£21,559 to £25,439 pro rata

The Area Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring that children’s experience in our Family Connections Centres meets their needs, and that their parents feel supported, safe and respected. The team leader will implement children’s plans and parents’ plans, directing, supporting and developing a team of sessional children’s workers, parent support workers and volunteers.
